I absolutely hate speaking to camera, and I totally forgot to talk about how amazing Reiki is, so let me do that in text!

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off!) energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 20th century, developed by Mikao Usui.

At its core, Reiki is based on the idea that there is a universal life force energy that flows through all living things. When this energy is low, blocked, or out of balance, people may feel unwell physically, emotionally, or mentally. Reiki aims to support the body’s natural ability to heal and rebalance itself by encouraging this energy to flow more freely.

During a session, many people experience warmth, tingling, deep relaxation, or emotional release.

Reiki is often described as deeply calming, shifting the nervous system from stress (sympathetic) into rest-and-repair (parasympathetic).
