As you enjoy the fireworks this year, take a moment to protect your eyes:
👓 Keep your distance — stand at least 25 metres from fireworks once lit.
🧯 Never look directly into fireworks or sparklers, even after they’ve gone out.
🪩 Wear protective eyewear if you’re lighting or handling fireworks.
🎇 Supervise children closely, and keep sparklers at arm’s length.

🌍👁️ October is World Blindness Awareness Month 👁️🌍
