The Shining Star Awards aim recognise the dedication, compassion and commitment our team members demonstrate every day, going above and beyond to create meaningful moments of connection for Mr Bailey and his friends.

Such a lovely story, there was snow on the ground on their Wedding Day, a few relatives couldn’t make it because of the weather, Barrie at 21 was very nervous and visibly shaking but even so they had a wonderful day and celebrated with a horseshoe shaped cake 🐎🎂💒Congratulations 🥰

This World Book Day, we’re celebrating Peter, one of our beloved members of the Etheldred House Care Home Family, whose book 360-Degree Feedback left a lasting mark on leadership training.

Drawing on his years of experience in HR and as Tesco’s Group Training Director, Peter shared his innovative approach to helping managers grow.

His book was subsequently published and endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, recognising it as a credible and useful resource for people in the HR, management and development industries.
