🎉 Big update for patients! 💞
A new meta-analysis study published in the Archives of Gynecology and Obstetrics shows that acupuncture can significantly increase IVF success rates! 🧐💡
The study analysed data from 25 high-quality randomised controlled trials involving 4,757 participants, and their findings are remarkable. 📈
Patients who received acupuncture had a live birth rate of 38.0%, significantly higher than the 28.7% rate for those who didn't have acupuncture. Clinical pregnancy rates followed suit – 43.6% in the acupuncture group compared to 33.2% in the non-acupuncture group, which means acupuncture increases IVF live birth rates by 33.8%. 🎯https://doi.org/10.1007/s00404-023-07142-1
