Over the last 3-4 weeks we have been experiencing problems receiving emails and bookings made via our website. And we're back!

As of April 12th we are once again able to offer professional soft tissue therapy and sports and remedial massage in the comfort of your home.

The safety and wellbeing of our clients and therapist is our top priority - as well as offering the best possible treatment! - and as such we are following the latest guidance in line with the Institute for sports and remedial massage.

From Wednesday 2nd December we make a return to the treatment table!

Following current government guidance and adhering to Covid-19 safety measures and risk assessments, Sports and Remedial massage treatments can be offered within tier 2 from 2nd December. And don't forget First Relief is a mobile service meaning you can have a professional, safe treatment in the comfort of your own home.

No need to worry about finding the clinic or parking the car. Our therapist is qualified to the highest possible level in sports and remedial massage and is fully insured, risk assessed and following government guidance, giving you complete peace of mind.

First Relief has recently made the switch to a whole new range of massage oils. Every one of our new oils are hand and homemade using only natural ingredients all aimed at aiding healing and relaxation. And not only are we reducing our carbon footprint we are also helping out a small, local business too!
