I am a women’s breathing coach and breathwork practitioner with a passion for giving women the breathing tools they need to get their breath back on their side and feel calm, vib

With many breathing modalities only using science based on male bodies, I am breaking the mould using research and my experience to build practices that are female focused. This includes education on how women’s physiology effects breathing and a deep focus on how hormones change breathing patterns. Your cycle isn’t just the days you bleed and the day you ovulate. It’s a rhythm. A map. And for me? it’s magic.

But so many of us only ever experience ourselves in two modes. On our bleed and back to ‘normal’ for the rest of the month.

This is exactly how one of the gorgeous women I work with saw herself. Two versions of her. Sound familiar?

The thing is your cycle has four distinct phases, and each one brings something completely different. The raw creativity after your bleed. The confidence and clarity of ovulation. The discernment and depth of pre-menstruation. The stillness and self-knowing of your bleed…

AND you may experience each of these phases completely differently to the way I’ve described it and that’s ok… but I promise you there is more than two versions of you.

To really start to uncover your cyclical magic you need to learn to listen in. And that’s where your breath comes in. Our breath brings us into deep connection with self and the energy, emotions and strengths of our cycle phase.

Cycle and breath awareness doesn’t take hours. It just takes a little curiosity, and the right practice at the right time. 🌿

Your body shifts everyday… it’s the beauty of being cyclical…

As your hormones shift they shift every part of your body, including your nervous system and your respiratory system

So what your body needs from a breathing practice throughout your cycle massively changes!

You’ll probably notice that most just before you bleed, when progesterone makes you breathe harder and faster

And that practice that was built for male bodies to do everyday no longer works, because you need something different.

And if you’ve ever felt like you’re just not doing it right? Or you’ve been told to push through ‘it’ll get easier’…

I hear you and maybe it’s time for a different approach? One that honours your cycle, one that supports your shifts, one that helps you feel whole.
