Like exercise and a balanced diet, sleep may help prevent a range of health issues, including heart disease and depression. Most adults need 7-8 hours sleep each night in order to feel good. Taking extra steps to ensure you get enough sleep can help you stay productive all day.

When working in Health and Social Care it is imperative to feel the best in order to provide the best support.

In fact it’s better for everyone, because if you’re doing well, you are in a better place to help others!
