‼️We are excited to share an important opportunity for Bancroft patients. Living Well Taking Control is hosting a free webinar on Blood Pressure and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention on Wednesday 10th September 2025, from 12:00pm to 12:40pm.

‼️This webinar is timed to align with Know Your Numbers! Week (organised by Blood Pressure UK), a key time to encourage patients to check their blood pressure and understand its link to health risks, including type 2 diabetes. It’s a chance for eligible patients to learn:
⚫️How managing blood pressure can reduce their risk of type 2 diabetes.
⚫️What the Diabetes Prevention Programme offers, including practical tips on healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, and sleep.
