Relaxing into the autumn at last night's Exhale and Be Still. A massive thank you to all those who joined us for a magical and intimate session.

We have the Autumn Equinox this week, which is an excellent time to prioritise moderation and balance, with the day and night in total alignment. The equinox can also herald a time of clarity after confusion, contemplation, hibernation and stillness. I love this time of year 🍂🌰

Our next relaxing and restorative 3-part workshop will be held on 22/10/23. We practice face yoga to encourage stress and tension release, learn to take deeper, slower and fuller breaths to calm the nervous system and then surrender to the healing sounds of the Tibetan bowls as you bathe in their powerful vibrations. Give your body and mind full permission to let go and recharge ready for the week ahead.

Relax with us this Autumn Equinox and join us for Exhale and Be Still 🧡

This is an excellent time to prioritise moderation and balance, with the day and night in total alignment. The equinox can also herald a time of clarity after confusion, some dark night of the soul esque contemplation, hibernation and stillness.

Balanced living means achieving optimal health in all aspects of your life: relationships, work, fitness, health, and emotional happiness. We all get so caught up in work and family responsibilities, that we forget to make time for ourselves.

When we are in balance, we feel complete in ourselves. There isn't a vacuum of anything. We feel free to be who we want to be and live the life we want. We can express our needs and focus on what we want without feeling less than or anxiety or fear.

When we look at the energy in our body we have the Masculine and the feminine.
The feminine is the left side of our body and the masculine the right.

Masculine energy is characterised by DOING and achieving and is molded by logic and reason. The feminine is more intuitive, oriented towards receiving and allowing, and characterized by BEING. When these energies are balanced, we experience a greater sense of harmony and fulfillment.

We invite you to connect to your bodies and explore if you are more in the masculine or the feminine energy. What do you need more of or less of in your life to bring you to BALANCE?
