Christmas Jumper day is around the corner - 11th December! 😀🎅

But, throughout December we would love it if our wonderful members could bring a little something with them before their adjustment.

We are donating food to a local food bank in Hitchin, so would really appreciate your support. Please bring some long lasting food and pop it in the basket in the waiting area. We will make sure its delivered just before Christmas to help those in need.

Seriously though, this time of year it can be stressful with trying to get organised for Christmas, the food and drink we consume, the parties we may go too 😜, the present wrapping, these can all take its toll. Please make sure you look after yourself and come in and get your adjustment.

Congratulations to our very own Chiropractor Zen for completing the Hertfordshire Half Marathon this month.

He enjoys walking and running. Earlier in the year he went to Spain and took part in the 113km Camino walk. We've even heard him talk about completing a 50km Ultra Marathon🫨. Lets show Zen some support to get him to book it and complete such an amazing challenge.

Thank you to everyone who came to our Members Appreciation Party and N8 Health's 5th Birthday Celebrations.

We all had a great evening with great company. We truly appreciate every single one of you. There were only a select few who got awards on the night, but we believe you should all have one for the dedication you show towards your own health. Keep it up 😀.

Our wonderful member Rebecca completed 800,000 😮 steps in our Step-tember Challenge. She was a truly worthy winner and fully deserves the pressies. You're Amazing Rebecca 🤩, well done.
