Join us for my first Cacao Ceremony this year up at the Yogafeet Studio in Hitchin on Sunday 23rd February 4-6pm.

These are always a very relaxed, nurturing experience and have attracted a beautiful group every time, so I know this one will be no different.

You don’t need any experience and everyone is welcome. You just need something comfy to sit or lay on, something to keep you cosy and a small mug or cup for your cacao.

We will be drinking a warm nourishing cacao elixir, meditating, moving and sharing together as we feel. There will also be time to write or journal if you wish.

I‘m joining Claire Winterbourne Yogafeet for a very special event up at the beautiful Living Theatre in Whitwell on 20th June at 7pm to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

My favourite Yoga Teacher and one of my very favourite Humans will be leading us in an embodied practice of Yoga while I add the sacred container of a Cacao ceremony to hold us all in our practice.

Join me for a winter warmer of a Cacao Ceremony on Saturday 25th November 3-5pm
As always, you don’t need to have experience of anything other than living to join. Everyone is welcome.
Spaces are limited so please get in touch asap to book.
£30 per person including cacao, tea and snacks.
You just need to bring along something to lay on (yoga mat or blanket perhaps), something warm to cosy up in (a blanket perhaps), a small mug or cup for your Cacao and anything you would like to add to the altar. You are also welcome to bring something to write on if you feel so inclined, but there’s really no expectation. Consider this your space to be, with the gentle heart opening and supportive energy of Cacao to assist.

We’ll be in the build up to May’s full flower moon at our next Cacao ceremony so I’ll be making a very special Cacao elixir for us to enjoy together.
I still have a couple of spaces if you haven’t yet booked your place. You don’t need any experience of anything, other than being a human being (though I would definitely consider any exceptions 😉). Everyone is welcome.
We will be spending our time in meditation, relaxation, sharing and enjoying powerful Cacao.

Cacao Ceremony Sunday 30th April 2-4pm
I captured this beautiful sunset when I was in Nicaragua earlier this month. A magical place where I was lucky enough to spend time with one of my best friends . We shared stories, hugs, mini adventures with and of course Cacao - in ceremony courtesy of the beautiful
And now I would love to share Cacao with you again, so we will gather at the lodge on Sunday 30th April and everyone is welcome, though spaces as always are limited.
