Everyone welcome to come along to the regular Feel Good Drum Meditation Group at Hitchin Spiritualist Church this Saturday 29th November.

The doors will be open from 1.30pm and we will start at 2pm.
Feel free to bring blankets and something comfortable to lay or sit on if you wish although blankets also available.

We will be doing some shorter meditations including an Angel meditation and then the regular longer drum meditation.

The exchange is £10 and refreshments are provided.
