Sam & Tas are experienced therapist with a wealth of knowledge between them. Sam is a GOsC registered osteopath who graduated from the prestigious University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) with a Masters Degree. She has been involved in bodywork for many years, holding additional qualifications in sports massage therapy, shockwave therapy, medical acupuncture, IASTM, NLP, sports and kinesio taping, and deep tissue massage. Tas is a highly skilled Sports Therapist who graduated from the University of Bedfordshire with a First Class Bachelors Degree. She holds qualifications in sports massage, level 2 gym instruction, advanced soft tissue techniques, sports injury rehabilitation and a variety of electrotherapy modalities. Both Tas and Sam have worked within a clinical and pitchside setting and are able to treat a wide variety of aches, pains, injuries and health conditions. Contact us if you have any questions:

👶🏼 The next blog in the Motherhood Story series is all about labour and delivery. It is Sam's first hand experience of what happened from the moment she found out she was in latent labour up to the delivery of her beautiful baby. Sam is choosing to share these personal perspectives because, when she was preparing for labour, it was difficult to find anything other than textbook perfect deliveries or something that seemed to be pulled straight from a horror story. Sam's sit's somwhere in the middle!

👶🏼 Please remember these are personal experiences for Sam and what she did to help herself, so what worked for Sam may not necessarily work for you. Every labour and delivery is different, and you may share some, one or none of Sam's symptoms, THAT'S OKAY, and it doesn't mean there is anything wrong. You can find the blog on our website.

Sam is the owner of Wisbey Osteopathy and holds an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport Massage and Diploma in Full Body Massage, with a focus on Swedish techniques. She is also about to graduate with a Masters in Osteopathy from The University College of Osteopathy (formerly The British School of Osteopathy) in London. With a background in sports, Sam knows how important it is to maintain body mechanics so that you can train and compete at the highest level. Contact Wisbey Osteopathy to see how Sam can help you.
