These beautiful instruments create vibrations that move through the body, helping to calm the mind, release tension, and bring you into deep rest.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is linked to the Wood element - a time of growth, movement, and flowing energy (Qi). When that flow gets stuck, we can feel irritable, tense, or restless.

Hi, I’m Michelle 👋

For those of you who are new here, I thought it was time to properly introduce myself.

I’m passionate about creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and feel good in their bodies again. Whether that’s through movement, creativity, conversation, getting out of pain, realising your full potential or simply taking a breath in a busy world, my work is all about wellbeing that feels real and accessible.

I believe you don’t have to be the fittest, the calmest, or the most “together” person in the room to start. You just have to show up as you are.

With decades of hands on experience working with individuals and groups, I understand that wellbeing is not a one size fits all approach. It requires sensitivity, clarity, and the ability to meet people exactly where they are.

My work gives people the tools to feel empowered in their body and life, in a way that feels accessible, grounded, and results focused.

I purposely created The Wellbeing Pod as a place where you won't just be one in a group of many, but you'll feel safe, seen, and capable.

The history of the Wunda chair 💕

Irs fascinating.

Did you know it was patented in 1934?
It had a back loaded spring originally and foot straps
and that it was designed as a piece of furniture, that changed into a workout piece.
