Just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas 🎅🏾
We hope you all get the rest, reset and downtime you need… and maybe a little Limoncello along the way 🍋😉

It’s been an amazing first year here at The Ferraro Method and we honestly can’t thank you enough. We truly appreciate every single one of you who’s walked through the door, trusted us with your training, and become part of the studio along the way. It really does mean a lot.

A little reminder that members still have access to use the gym as and when they need over the festive period, and we’ll be fully back in the New Year, ready to go again.

NEW! Small group training at The Ferraro Method
We’re known first and foremost as a private one to one studio, and that hasn’t changed. Personal, bespoke coaching will always be at the heart of what we do here.

That said, we know that for some people, training alongside a small group can be a really effective way to build consistency and confidence, as long as it’s done properly.

Our group training is intentionally limited.
Maximum four people per session.
Three coached sessions per week.
A structured eight week programme that blends strength, cardio and mobility.

This isn’t loud, rushed or generic. It’s calm, coach led training with the same attention to movement, technique and progression you’d expect from our one to one work, just shared with a small group.

If you like the idea of training with others but still want guidance, structure and a quieter environment, this could be a good fit.

As always, the best place to start is with an assessment so we can point you in the right direction.

FERRARO METHOD | STAGE 1: THE ASSESSMENT

This is where everything starts.

For me, Stage 1 is about taking the time to really understand you and your body. We look at how you move, any pain or restrictions, posture, range of motion, blood pressure and general health. We also talk through your injury history and look for any movement patterns that might be contributing to discomfort or those recurring niggles.

Nothing is rushed and nothing is generic. It’s relaxed, private and gives us a clear picture of what your body needs before we begin training, so everything that follows is safe, supportive and tailored to you.

Today marks exactly one year since we opened our doors.

We’ve grown so much in our first year — welcomed new members, expanded the team, developed the studio, and so much more.

It’s been a crazy, hectic year, but we can’t wait to see what year two brings.

We’ve already got some exciting things in the works… but let’s see what happens!

Our personal trainers are always striving to deliver the very best work and beating the odds.

A lot of our clients come to us to deal with injuries our In-Depth knowledge of anatomy and movement enables us or in this case to achieve incredible things.

“I came to Philip with a quite debilitating injury in my shoulder. I could hardly move it and it was painful even in my sleep. The doctors told me the only solution was to operate as I did not have enough room for my tendons. Philip immediately understood my situation. He customise an optimum exercise table from the beginning. He did change and adapt it as needed through the recovery. It did not take me long until I gain muscle and mobility. Very accommodating with timetables . I did the training in the confort of my house guided by the professional and personalise help of Philip through video calls and videos. It’s been few years of that now and I did not need the surgery. I also got into the habit of strength exercise which have help me towards my overall fitness.”
