Sarah and Rebecca are the founders of Health, Wealth & Wellbeing Limited and are highly experienced and intuitive coaches, mentors and experts in coaching and transformation. With over 40 years’ combined experience Sarah and Rebecca have worked with hundreds of clients and students enabling them to change their reality and come home to their truth. As a company it is our purpose to help you transform your health, wealth and wellbeing through personal development programmes, professional training and wellbeing retreats. We use our own unique approach through CLEARER Coaching, Body Wisdom Coaching, Inner Child Healing and Therapeutic Support to to achieve change and transformation. What an exceptional immersion we enjoyed last week.
This courageous group deeply connected to and released, stuck and buried imprints and emotions through alignment with the unconscious.
We enjoyed movement, breath, music, smells, taste, touch and guided inner exploration to free ourselves from the limitations of our thoughts and static perceptions.
The onward journey means daily practice and healing the relationships with self.

Today is 😴

Do you experience any of the following?

✨Difficulty falling asleep
✨You regularly wake up during the night
✨You can’t get back to sleep after waking
✨You feel tired and have difficulty concentrating during the day
✨Skin break outs, puffy eyes, dark circles under eyes
✨You feel more stressed than usual

Quality sleep is so essential for our wellbeing, allowing our minds and our bodies to rest and recharge.

One of the big things that can affect our sleep is not dealing with our emotions before we go to sleep. They say not to go to bed on an argument. It’s the same with negative emotions. Of course we can just ‘sleep on it’ and allow our unconscious to process these, but we don’t necessarily get the learning this way. Acknowledging and potentially releasing emotions before we go to bed can lead to a more restful and peaceful sleep.

This evening we will share a meditation Sarah created specifically designed to help you prepare for sleep. Let us know if you listen and if it helps you.

Are you connected to your own intuition? That wisdom that resides within each of us and is available if we are willing to listen to it.

We often ignore it because it’s common to deny our own truth in favour of approval from others. We learn to listen to external influences and mistrust our inner voice.

In all of our training programmes we spend a great deal of time connecting with self, being present and learning to listen at a deep level.

So this is our invitation to you today- take the time to listen to yourself. Be still and quiet your mind. Be ready to hear your heart and gut as much as your head. How does it feel?

As Transformational Coaches it is so important that we walk our talk and constantly commit and recommit to our own self care. Taking responsibility for our own wellbeing first means that we are better placed to be there for our clients and students.

Start the week by checking in with how you are you feeling, really?

Close your eyes, focus on your breath and notice what you notice.

Does your body have any messages for you?

Get curious!

Use this process to set yourself to for the week- what do you need? What do you want to achieve? What do you need to hear?

Make it happen by making that commitment to yourself, for yourself.

Essential Oil of the week - GRAPEFRUIT, the oil of honouring the body
