We are living in exciting times, scientific research and studies are discovering more and more about our mind-heart-body connection.

Have you heard of Heart Intelligence? Did you know your heart has its own little brain which sends more information to your brain than your brain sends to your heart

We will be delving deep into this at the Blissful Union Heart Focused Soundbath on Friday 15 September at 7.30, Hawkwell Village Hall. We will be connecting to our heart and spending time listening to and feeling all that knowledge contained within through breath, meditation and sound.

Join us for 90 minutes of deep heart connection through breath, meditation and sound.  We will bring the magic of both Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, drumming and supporting percussion.  

There are many benefits when we take time to connect to our heart space. We benefit emotionally and it helps us to be more compassionate and grateful. This ultimately leads to happiness, expansion, joy and fulfilment. By introducing a heart focused practice, you can begin to live from the part of you that is soul driven rather than from a place of reaction. Embracing the energy of love and not fear.

There are two spaces left for our Inner Warrior evening taking place on Sunday at 6.30 pm

Join us for our May circle on Sunday 21 May - 6.30 p.m. to 8 p.m for some "you time". Harnessing the fire energy of Beltane and celebrating our inner warrior: you can expect some deep relaxation to rejuvenate and recharge. We will be working with the solar plexus chakra and the fire element to unleash and empower the warrior within through X-Hail breathwork and movement, reiki, drumming, crystal & himalayan bowls and meditation.
