November is Mouth Cancer Action Month, a vital reminder to stay aware of the signs and prioritise your oral health.

In the UK, more than 10,000 people are diagnosed with mouth cancer each year. Early detection can make all the difference to your treatment and outcome.

During every Dental Health Examination, we carry out a thorough check of your mouth, tongue, and soft tissue, giving us the chance to spot early signs of concern.

Halloween treats don’t have to be scary for your teeth if you enjoy them the smart way.

Eating sweets with meals (instead of snacking between them) helps limit how long sugar sits on your teeth. Your saliva is more active during meals, too, which helps protect against acid attacks.
