🎄 Weekend Reminder: Stay Safe Putting Up the Christmas Decorations! 🎄

It’s that time of year when ladders come out, lights go up, and living rooms turn into festive obstacle courses. But remember — falls from height are one of the most common holiday injuries.

A few quick safety (and first aid) tips from the Lazarus Training team:

🪜 Use a stable ladder — not the wobbly chair you’ve had since 2003.
👀 Have someone spot you while you’re climbing.
🧤 Keep decorations at arm’s reach to avoid overstretching.
🩹 If someone does fall:
• Check for responsiveness
• Keep them still
• Look for bleeding or obvious injuries
• Call 999 if there’s any doubt
