As part of every treatment I complete a full consultation including questions around your lifestyle this is so I get an idea of you as a whole person and how I can best support you.

It means that each treatment is unique to each client including the aftercare advice. Also each clients body reacts differently to a treatment but as long as you have an open mind and feel relaxed it would be a benefit to you.

Pregnancy and becoming a mum is a life changing experience and reflexology can offer you the time for relaxation as well as many offer benefits.

Reflexology is suitable throughout pregnancy including early stages of labour. As a reflexologist I see many clients towards the end of their pregnancy who are seeking help to bring on labour, we can not introduce labour but we can use a number of different techniques including a preparation for labour sequence but we can never guarantee that labour will follow.

Cheers it’s my birthday so what better way to celebrate then chilling on the sofa with a cider after a lovely day.

I had a lazy morning before heading out with hubby to go shopping and a lovely lunch of bottomless tapas.
