This weekend I’m at a 2 day course learning a relaxing new treatment which will combine a number of different techniques to be able to support you all more on your personal journeys.

You may of seen a couple of weeks ago my amazing news that i will be attending the Rochford District Council Business awards as a finalist for the sector champion - personal services.

I’m super proud to be a finalist for the second year running and couldn’t have got here without all your support.

Working with my clients and helping them to improve their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing through holistic therapies has been the heart of my business and my passion for a number of years.

Happy Birthday to my little lady, today is all about her so I’m taking the day off and will also be away from social media so I will get back to any messages tomorrow.

Thinking back to 14 years ago today I was just enjoying the day with my eldest playing and baking at home, then at 4:30pm my labour started and by 10pm she was born in a her sac (waters didn’t break) which is very rare .

During this pregnancy I had had reflexology which was so relaxing and I felt so more relaxed and calm.

No 2 treatments are the same as Reflexology is tailored to you as an individual.

You may of heard from other people how Reflexology has helped them or how their body reacts but it doesn’t mean you will experience the same.

I personally always feel very relaxed and my body reacts quite quickly to reflexology as it begins to adjust my energies but this could be as I’m an energy healer as well.

Some of my clients have expressed to me how I they have felt after the treatment some of which are…..

‘I can really feel that as your touching that part of my foot’

As part of every treatment I complete a full consultation including questions around your lifestyle this is so I get an idea of you as a whole person and how I can best support you.

It means that each treatment is unique to each client including the aftercare advice. Also each clients body reacts differently to a treatment but as long as you have an open mind and feel relaxed it would be a benefit to you.

Reflexology is suitable throughout pregnancy including early stages of labour. As a reflexologist I see many clients towards the end of their pregnancy who are seeking help to bring on labour, we can not introduce labour but we can use a number of different techniques including a preparation for labour sequence but we can never guarantee that labour will follow.
