Great practical session today at Rise Gym with the L2 gym instructors from Evolve Fitness Academy! 🏋️‍♀️

We focused on free weights covering the big compound lifts - squat bench and deadlifts. The learners showed great potential with fantastic form and strong instructing skills.

We wrapped up the day with anatomy recap in preparation for their exam

Had a great time today moving, learning and being challenged at the flexibility and mobility workshop with Roger Frampton, what a lovely humble man he is 🙌

It was a solid reminder of how important it is to be strong through the range of motion. Flexibility on its own isn’t enough!

I’m now feeling inspired to bring more mindful movement into my own training and with my clients 🤸🏻‍♂️☺️✨

Absolute DISGRACE 😡

Kilmarnock have been forced to delete a new signing post and video because some warped, sad and pathetic grown “men” thought it was cool to abuse a teenage girl for a skin condition on what should have been a happy day for her signing her first professional contract 😢

After running this page and dealing with some of the doughnuts who comment on a regular basis for the last ten years - I can genuinely say that there’s not much on the internet that shocks me anymore

But the abuse this young girl was getting on this X post really made me sick to my stomach

Skye Stout signed for Kille from Celtic and was then targeted in a pile on of literally 100s of absolute losers abusing her looks (one vile “quote tweet” about her had 9000 likes!These people live amongst us)

Genuinely how do you get to a stage in life where you feel bullying a young girl out to make her way in the world is the right thing to do? Imagine how ashamed you’d be if that’s how your son, brother or dad was behaving ? Bullying a wee lassie for her looks? The lowest of the low

Her wee welcome video was so wholesome, she seemed so happy and bubbly, laughing and giggling as she talked about her mum’s home made stew, favourite films and her best moments in football - but that joy has now been taken away from her and all trace of her signing removed from Killie’s social media pages - no doubt at her request

Such a sad angry world at times. Just a complete cesspit

Keep the head up Skye, you’re doing amazing and worth 1000x more than the absolute creeps and trolls trying to mock you 💙

I completed and passed my referee probation at the weekend on Northampton ABC anniversary show at the stunning Guild Hall, becoming the first female referee in the Home Counties, I hope many more follow suit!
It took a lot of courage, overcoming anxiety every time, pushing myself way out of my comfort zone, but nothing is achieved being comfortable or without risks.
I couldn’t have done it without the support and guidance of Martin and Denise Coe 🙏🏼
