🌿 Join us with Hannah from The School Yoga Project for a gentle family yoga session at Millbrook Grange Farm, Holme upon Spalding Moor on Saturday 27th September, 10-12.

We’ll explore simple yoga and breathing techniques to support children’s wellbeing, encourage self-care, and nurture connection with ourselves and the natural world.

✨ Open to children up to age 10 (parents welcome)
✨ Small group for a safe, supportive space
✨ Focus on wellbeing, mindfulness & gentle connection

A huge thanks to everyone who made it to Saturday’s event — what a gorgeous mix of relaxing, crafty, playful and just downright fun!
It was such a joy to spend the time creating and connecting with you all. 💛
Looking ahead, we’re starting to plan our next session, and we’d love your input! Would you prefer to meet on:
- Saturday 6th September or
- Saturday 27th September?
