As Carol moves on to her new life in Northumberland we will continue to offer Virtual Pilates through our website
From 1st August our in-person classes will continue with a new teacher.
Katie Bowers is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist trained in Pilates by the APPI, as all our previous teachers were.

This month we’ve launched our Virtual Pilates passes. A great way to access our ever expanding library of recorded Pilates sessions and live-streamed classes. Perfect if you’re back in the office and can’t make an in person class, you want to do more practice between sessions or you like to exercise at home at a time that suits you. The library has bite size sessions of less than 15 mins, short sessions 15-30 mins and our weekly recorded classes of up to an hour. To sign up find us on your Gymcatch app or visit our website
