A successful nail surgery! A patient had a reoccurring ingrown nail which conservative management had failed. Natasha did a PNA (partial nail avulsion) where a small piece of the offending nail is removed under local anaesthetic. The patient did not want the part of the nail to regrow so we phenolised it (chemical) and the offending part will not grow back. The whole procedure took less than 45 minutes. Eventually the gap closes up and the nail looks normal again. Please ring 01484 684757 for further details of this simple procedure. 👣
