What are you doing for your own self care ? Whatever it is may I suggest you completely engage with it .. not a half hearted eye on something else, or a “ I really should be doing something else attitude ..
whatever it is .. be completely in that moment .. and enjoy it.
My current obsession is crochet .. an just spending a few minutes each day being completely absorbed .. real supports my own mental health and wellbeing ..
