and clients are our main focus. We aim to achieve the best possible outcomes for each individual client and
also ensure we deliver the highest quality of care with compassion, respect and dignity to all our clients. We
support our care team fully, providing ongoing training programmes, and ensure they have every opportunity
to develop their knowledge and skills in order to deliver and maintain the highest possible standards of care. Alliance Community Home Care is proud of our gold standard training programmes for all our staff, which
allows us to deliver an outstanding service tailored to our individual clients needs and wishes. In order to maintain our high standards of care provision we continue to develop our staff through training
programmes, we implement client satisfaction surveys and care auditing, which ultimately enables us to shape
and develop our service in order to strive for continued quality care. We are regulated and governed by the CQC
(Care Quality Commission)

Our mission is to provide individual client centred care, reassurance to those in need of support whilst encouraging independence within their own homes. ACHC will contribute to the health and well being of those individuals in our care, by providing the best possible service to every client through integrated practice, education and research. Our biggest mission is to make our care team happy, set and maintain the highest standards of care provision for all our clients, and ultimately provide the best possible care and support tailored to the clients individual requirements and needs. Our services enable people to live safely at home, in their own communities and remain as independent as possible with the support of our team of highly skilled carers. As well as supporting individuals to complete daily living tasks and activities, we encourage people to remain as independent as possible, achieve their personal goals and to fully engage in the services available within their local community.

🌺 In Remembrance

Today marks 14 years since the passing of our carer Gemma’s brother, Anton, who tragically lost his life while serving our country, along with five fellow soldiers on this day.

We take this moment to honour their bravery, their dedication, and the ultimate sacrifice they made. Their service will never be forgotten, and their memory lives on in the hearts of those who knew and loved them.

To Gemma, her family, and everyone who feels this loss of the 6 fallen hero's— our thoughts, respect, and deepest sympathy are with you today.
