Feels weird, after the cheese and wine chaos of Christmas carried into January, mainly because January is so fu***ng miserable, to be back, stuck and unsure what to do to get moving again.
I have no idea why I didn’t think of this earlier, but I have a programme designed to help women just like me, so I’m going to be doing the do ladies and reporting back 🤣
The foundations for fulfilment programme is something I’m super proud of and very basically involves:
🤍 getting your arse moving more, for me I’m going to get more daily steps in and get back to the gym to lift heavy s**t 💪
🤍 sticking to a toddlers bedtime routine (don’t knock it until you’ve tried it)
🤍 laying off the processed food, and general crap I’ve been eating and prioritising protein 🥩
🤍 doing something that brings me joy (which isn’t eating or binge drinking), self care and setting my boundaries (which I’m better at than I used to be but still a work in progress)
