Join Emily for a welcoming Introduction to Hatha Yoga course designed especially for beginners. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or simply want to build strong foundations alongside others, this is the perfect place to start.

Over the course, you’ll explore the basics of Hatha Yoga, learn traditional postures with safe alignment, discover helpful variations, experiment with supportive props, and begin practicing simple breathing techniques.

No experience needed — just bring an open mind, comfortable clothes, and a little curiosity. All equipment is provided.
