Powerhoop with Michelle Powerhoop is a fun way to tone up your tum and improve core stability. Come and join in the fun! Hooping with a padded, weighted hoop to music.

Powerhoop's weight and wavy interior create pulsing contractions, trimming and toning your tummy and waist. Even if you never hooped as a kid come and have a go its amazing how quickly you will pick it up! The hoop is also used as a resistance tool to give a full body work out, with a few old aerobics moves thrown in!

This is Debbie and Sharon. They came to my very first hooping class and still come over 7 years later! I feel like we have been on a journey together.

What lovely people they are too - I am grateful for all their support. 💕

They both couldn’t hoop at first and didn’t give up and can hoop fabulously now. Hopefully they have seen me improve my classes too!
