Another win for EHCP Solutions!

After a long, exhausting battle, with the LA refusing to assess, ignoring mediation, and dismissing numerous complaints — we finally secured a full turnaround. The LA overturned their decision, carried out the assessment, and the child now has an EHCP with the specialist provision they need.

This is exactly why I love what I do! Standing beside families when the system makes it hardest, and making sure children get the support they are entitled to, will always be worth every moment.

So happy for this incredible child and their family. 💙⭐

Join Growing Works at Oakwell Hall Country Park for free family SEND/SEMH outdoor exploration sessions during the Christmas School Holidays - 30th December and 2nd January 10am - 2pm.

We will be enjoying a nature walk in the morning and have some indoor space for crafting in the afternoon.

A cancellation means I have an unexpected opening for a full diagnostic dyslexia assessment at Holme Valley Dyslexia Centre.

Assessments include a SASC-compliant diagnostic report with detailed, practical recommendations for school and home.
All assessments are carried out personally by
Halina Connolly – AMBDA, APC (PATOSS), Level 7 Specialist Assessor and former SENCo with over 20 years’ teaching experience.
