Another win for EHCP Solutions!

After a long, exhausting battle, with the LA refusing to assess, ignoring mediation, and dismissing numerous complaints — we finally secured a full turnaround. The LA overturned their decision, carried out the assessment, and the child now has an EHCP with the specialist provision they need.

This is exactly why I love what I do! Standing beside families when the system makes it hardest, and making sure children get the support they are entitled to, will always be worth every moment.

So happy for this incredible child and their family. 💙⭐

Assessments include a SASC-compliant diagnostic report with detailed, practical recommendations for school and home.

I’m a SEND advocate, former primary school teacher (15 years), and carer to my own special needs child. I’ve seen first-hand how challenging it can be to secure the right support, and how many children with SEND are being failed.

It’s not the law that’s failing children, it’s our local authorities not following it! Families are entitled to legal protections and assessments, but too often these are ignored or delayed, leaving children without the support they need.
