For our week of Gutter Vacuuming at the end of January, I will be donating £10.00 from evey job to an amazing Holt based charity called HOLT YOUTH PROJECT, they do absolutely amazing things for the youngsters of Holt, including Youth Clubs, days out, weekends away, and during school holiday an abundance of activities, my own kids have both used the facilties when they were younger and absolutely loved their times there.
So its my absolute pleasure to donate to this extremely worth charity.

Every year without fail we get asked atleast 20 times "if i pay you, can you put my xmas lights up" we have always and will always have to decline this, not because we dont like xmas and are grinch's but its a case of insurance. This is not a job thats covered by our insurance, we are always honest with our customers and if theres jobs we are not able to do we would always decline them as the last thing we would want would be for something to go wrong and end up costing YOU a fortune.

----------CUSTOMER NOTICE----------
Just letting all our customers know that 2025 prices for domestic & commercial window cleaning WILL be frozen for 2026. Our cost have risen during this year, from insurance and van costs to equipment costs and general running costs BUT we do value every customer we have and i know we have been behind with our scheduling, so with that in mind i have decided as a thank you for your continued loyalty to HWCS im happy to swallow the price increases and hold all prices for window cleaning for the next 12months and will review again for 2027.

We are now at the point where i no longer need any time off to help my wife recover from her surgery, which means we will be back to work at full force.

The last 6/7 weeks have been very trying and have caused major delays in scheduling.

We are aware that everybody is overdue and we will be with you all as soon as humanly possible.

Thank you for your patience you really are the best customer i could hope for.

As you may or may not be aware 2 weeks ago my wife/accountant had surgery on her back and 2 implants on her spinal column, this has ment that i have had to have quite a few days off to look after her as she cant do anything for 12 weeks, this does mean that ive been unable to fully keep up with our 6/8 weekly schedule, while we are trying as hard as we can the weather is also not helping the struggle.

But rest assured we havnt forgotten anybody and are trying to get out and do as much as we can where & when possible.

With weather today and tomorrow looking good for window cleaning we were very optomistic about getting a good deal of work done to help us catch up, but the window cleaning gods had other things to say, after getting to thr first job this morning and realising an issue with the van we had to go straight to the garage, and unfortunately the issue cant be resolved until tomorrow. Which means we are now finished until Monday when we hope the weather people have the forecast wrong.

------- Customer Update -------

As you may be aware i currently have an ongoing health issue which is causing us to fall slightly behind schedule, while we are trying to keep up as best we can this is proving difficult, we are currently a running at 8/9 weeks rather than our usual 6/8 weeks, we do not envisage falling any further behind BUT with a quite serious medical procedure coming on 1st October it does mean that for the remainder of 2025 we may well take a little longer to complete each round for example a round that currently takes 2 days may take 3 days, as some days i may be just driving the van and not spending as much time on the glass.
