Earlier this week we had the awesome privilege of working with Stuart Wardle at to deliver a pop-up NuMi 360º Health Check with a difference.

Over 90 minutes the health check combined our cutting edge testing with Recover’s physio and bio-mechanical expertise at their Norwich HQ.

Christmas is not the time for an all-or-nothing mindset. Seriously, give yourself a break and see if you can smile like this! 😁

However, your routine feels a bit wobbly over the next 7 days, you haven’t failed. You’re just in a different week. And goodness, this is a hard week to stay on track.

A helpful reframe I (Rosie 👋🏼) have to remind myself: consistency isn’t doing everything, all the time. It’s doing what you can, when you can, without compromising the rest of your life. And this week – that looks a bit different!

It’s keeping a few simple bits in place, then returning to my normal rhythm when things quieten down.

And if you want to start January with a clean slate (not a guess), you could always treat yourself and book in for a NuMi 360º, or some individual cherry-picked testing to set baselines for 2026.
