Data to train with
We provide extensive data across up to 12 tests, from VO₂ max, FatMax and cardiovascular zone profiling to DEXA body composition, resting metabolic rate and core blood markers. That means they walk away with a clear picture of how their body is performing today and exactly where to focus next – not guesswork, but numbers they can use to train, fuel and recover more effectively.
We are Norfolk based
No expensive trains or day trips to London. Our Health Checks take place at our Holt HQ, within easy reach of Norwich and the surrounding area. The gift of a Health Check can double as a day out: a hop, skip and a jump to the north Norfolk coast, a wander around Holt’s independents, or even a stay at byfords if you want to turn it into a proper treat.
Bespoke experience
We pride ourselves on providing every client with a bespoke experience that never feels rushed. Each Health Check is 1:1, with plenty of time for questions. We explain every test in plain English, talk through the results together and translate the data into a short, clear set of actions that fit the way they already move and train.
