We are all set up and ready for group tomorrow, and then it was home to a lovely warming bowl of paprika sausage stew and mash. There's nothing better on a damp and miserable night, than a comforting meal that happens to be 💯 on plan! Xx

365 days a year, 52 weeks, 12 months. It really, honestly, and truly, doesn't matter when you start - there will ALWAYS be reasons 'not to' on the horizon.

If a healthy lifestyle is something we want for ourselves, I believe we have to make it our default setting. Home from holiday? Back to normal. Had a meal out? Back to normal. Crazy hen or stag weekend? Back to normal. Setbacks will always crop up, but every target member is a fellow member who chose not to give up.

It's a tricky track sometimes, but it's life, and it's part of the journey to success. Staying committed builds resilience and self belief, and if you stick with it, you'll find that the wins will always prove more than worth it. 💯

Shhh, dont tell hubby (he's away on a work visit til Thursday night 😔) but I'm trying something new tonight! Burmese vegetable and lentil curry. It's got all the best comfort food hallmarks; hearty veg, filling pulses, curry, and a pleasing 'broth' vibe!

I didn't have green beans, so I swapped for 1 large courgette. Works a treat, and I'm a happy Netty! 😊
