For urgent mental health support call 111 and press OPTION 2.

The service is available for people of all ages, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all areas of Wales to ensure those in need of support can access it quickly when they need it most.

If you need to talk to someone urgently about your mental health, or you’re concerned about a family member, call NHS 111 Wales and select option 2 to be placed in direct contact with a mental health professional in your area.

The number is free to call from a landline or mobile, even if you have no credit left.

Kelly - Pharmacy Manager and GPHC registered Accuracy Pharmacy Checking Technician -
Kelly provides a range of services including
Weight Management service, Flu Vaccinations, Inhaler technique service, Ear health service, Emergency Contraception, Stop smoking service, as well as other NHS Services.

Sandy - Qualified Healthcare Partner trained to provide advice and is our Care home Liason and Pilpouch expert. Currently training to provide the Stop Smoking service. Sandy also works alongside the manager Kelly making sure the daily running of the Pharmacy is professional and kept to a high standard.

Ceri - Qualified Healthcare Partner trained to provide advice and is our Care home Liason and social media admin, Ceri is also our Medipac professional.

Becky - Qualified Healthcare Partner trained to provide advice and is our Pilpouch lead who also keeps the standards high for our shop materials and shop standards, Becky is also our Medipac professional.

Gail - Qualified Healthcare Partner trained to provide advice and is our Shop senior, Gail loves patient facing where she can make sure our customers get the best service.

Austin - Currently training to achieve his Healthcare Partner qualification, Austin is learning both Shop and Dispensary to achieve a high level of knowledge and is doing really well.

Sharon - GPHC Registered Accuracy Pharmacy Checking technician, Sharon covers one day in our Branch and also works in our Llangefni branch, Sharon also provides services such as Flu vaccinations as well as other NHS services.

Terrina - Qualified Healthcare Partner trained to provide advice and has only been with us for 6 weeks, Terrina has already showed great team spirit and is enjoying her new role and being a part of the team.

Madi - Our newest member of the team, Madi is enrolled to do her Healthcare Partner qualification and already shows interest in all areas of her role, I’m sure she will take the opportunities given and enjoy learning.

Rhys - Our local Delivery Driver who covers both Llangefni branch and our Holyhead branch, the patients who are on the delivery service always give great feedback and say how pleasant Rhys is, nothing is ever to much.

Sandra - Our relief Delivery driver who covers both Llangefni and Holyhead branch when Rhys is of and again Sandra always puts the patients first.

The Common Ailments Service offers patients a free NHS consultation with a pharmacist and free medication for some common ailments.
If you visit a pharmacy and have a common ailment, you can ask the pharmacist for advice and support. The pharmacist may supply you with medication to treat the common ailment.
