I’m halfway through my India trip and I’m having the BEST time!

I honestly didn’t really know what to expect, but it has exceeded every expectation. The people, the culture and even the chaos, it’s all just incredible. I’m learning so much every single day and feeling so grateful to be having this experience.

One of my favourite things about my job is converting skeptics 👀

And honestly, I love a skeptic. I used to be one myself!

But some of the treatments I offer, like reflexology and reiki, can sound a bit “woo woo” on the surface. And they’re often hard to explain in a way that fully makes sense until you’ve experienced them yourself. So I get it!

So many of my clients come in curious & open, but not totally convinced.

But then the session ends and they’re totally converted & ready to book their next one! 😍

There’s something really special about introducing people to more natural, and let’s be honest, far more enjoyable, ways to support their health and wellbeing.

You don’t have to believe in it. You just have to be willing to try it.
