I am looking in on this past year, it’s been full of surprises I can tell you…

Eventually I managed the move I dreamt of in the Spring, into the North Cotswolds overlooking hills and fields beyond, complete with a great separate annexe for my Hypnotherapy Practice.

We all enjoyed the glorious hot summer here, that surpassed our belief system in the Uk, way too hot at times.

Our beloved Queen passed into spirit, we went from the Platinum Jubilee to a state funeral.

But now as my business settles into its new home, my work still never ceases to amaze me, with Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, EMDR and Quantum Healing Hypnosis, I have the perfect blend to help make those Therapeutic changes in my clients lives.

So as we all start to slow down with the shorter days we start to focus on the festive season and review our year, it’s no wonder we need to celebrate 😂🎉

Maybe England will also produce enough goals to raise the Trophy 🤞

Welcome to my new Hypnotherapy room in the North Cotswolds overlooking Meon Hill, the views are incredible with amazing energy being on the main ley line running through the Country.
It’s just the perfect therapy area for my work.

My waiting list is increasing for QHHT, I will be having to wear some PPE, when up and running, these sessions are 4 hrs approx...so you can see why COVID-19 has stopped this work in its tracks, along with face to face Hypnotherapy clients.
I will say...having the interaction with clients is paramount for many modalities in the therapy world, hopefully we will get the go ahead very soon.
Meanwhile it’s some of my other skills on Zoom only folks, stay safe and stay positive 🙏 We need to get going...🙏

Well...here we go...another year nearly over, a time to reflect and just take stock of what you’ve achieved?
For me, it’s been about moving on again...
Very few people know that although I carried on working throughout this year, I was actually battling pneumonia for virtually 6 months, on a few occasions I felt extremely unwell. It was only my stamina and being fit for my age that pulled me through and that prevented me from being hospitalised.
I’m now fully recovered and have made several health changes to my life style and general well being. 😇
In particular QHHT has been very popular this year, I worked individually on a complete family, had some most fascinating information and past life’s from other clients, in all it’s been a highly successful year of achievement.
Next year I plan to move yet again, to an area not far from Solihull but with Countryside around me, this will be on the South side.
I’m needing to be closer to my family and much of my work is still in Solihull, although I love the North Cotswolds etc, and who wouldn’t? I haven’t settled so much for the Honeybourne area. Great new 5 bed house, but it’s not completely me as yet.
So I’m downsizing to an upmarket area, where my family will be close by and I can look out at fields. It’s a win win 🙏

Meanwhile...I wonder what my work will bring in next year ??? By helping clients to improve their lives means everything to me, so much can be achieved in Hypnotherapy.

Well...up to now this year, I’ve covered many hours of QHHT with clients, each session is so unique, many have been what I would call...pretty strait forward, although still amazing therapy takes place.
Others remarkably complex!
Phew!...I’m constantly learning from the new work coming my way, it’s arriving in small chunks so I can take it all in. Research then has to take place to make further understanding of the information given. Sometimes I feel as though I’m following in Dolores Cannons foot steps...receiving lost and future knowledge, this adds to my feelings about putting the findings down into a book someday. ❤️
