Neck and shoulder pain - This is one that I am seeing often in clinic.

💪 Tight neck / weak upper back
Common symptoms
• Achy or burning shoulders
• Pain when turning your head
• Headaches at the base of the skull
• One side worse than the other
What helps

🧍♀️ Move often
⬇️ Drop shoulders, relax jaw
💪 Strengthen upper back
⚠️ Get checked if pain shoots down the arm, causes numbness, or weakness.
