It’s Children’s Mental Health Week, a reminder of how important it is to create safe spaces where young people feel able to share their feelings. They might not always have the words to explain when they’re struggling but feeling heard can make a real difference. 💜

Our FACE Facts resource shares simple, practical guidance to help us, as parents and carers, communicate with empathy and understanding when someone is finding things hard.
