*Please be prompt for your appointment as treatment must commence at your booking start time. If late you may have the treatment cut short, & still be charged for the full session.
* If you are not able to attend your appointment please contact me asap so we can offer the appointment to someone else to avoid charges to you.
*If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours notice a charge of 50% of the treatment will be added to your next appointment. A no-show will be charged in full.
*For group or large bookings a deposit of 50% is required and 3 days notice is needed to cancel or you will lose your deposit.

Not all balms are created equally. If you have the Yuka app you should try this. Try scanning your own products, you may discover that what you thought was natural was in fact a poor quality product. All these balms have been scanned for their quality. Rated from 0-100. As you can see Tropic came out very high, excellent. Some other well known brands 👎🏻. Even I am surprised how bad Ellimis did.
Ceramides are the way to go for beautiful skin. It helps boosts your collagen.

I really enjoyed the Facelift Ritual facial this evening. From the moment the treatment began, the experience felt deeply calming and thoughtfully curated. The guided breathwork at the start helped me fully switch off and sink into a much deeper level of relaxation, which set the tone for the rest of the facial.

I have very sensitive skin, and Glen was incredibly attentive, taking the time to ensure every product and technique was perfectly suited to my skin. This made me feel completely at ease throughout the treatment. The lymphatic massage was absolutely amazing — not only relaxing but also incredibly effective — and my face felt refreshed, lifted, and glowing afterwards.

What really stood out was the attention to sensory detail. From the soothing touch to the overall atmosphere, everything worked together to make it feel like a truly luxurious spa experience rather than just a facial.
