Here's what I've observed in the coaching industry:

There are 4 distinct phases every coach goes through on their way to building a sustainable practice.

💸Phase 1: You're in planning mode: researching, strategising, finding your niche. You love the idea but haven't signed clients yet.

💸Phase 2: You've signed a few clients (2-5 over the past year), but it's inconsistent and unpredictable. Some months you hit £1-2k, other months £0. There's no consistency, and the feast-or-famine cycle is exhausting.

💸Phase 3: You're signing clients consistently, your messaging converts, your visibility lands, and you're putting in the work. You're hitting consistent £2-4k months and momentum is finally building.

💸Phase 4: You're ready to scale. You want more revenue, less time working. You focus on systems, processes, and automations. You're hitting milestone £5k+ months consistently

➡️Most coaches get stuck between Phase 2 and Phase 3.

They try to use Phase 4 strategies (funnels, systems, automation) when they're still in Phase 2. It doesn't work because the foundation isn't there.

🔥To go from Phase 2 → Phase 3, you need 3 things:

→ A shift in mindset & identity (internal beliefs, confidence)
→ Messaging that lands (sales psychology that converts)
→ Visibility that attracts (magnetic presence, not just posting and praying)
