We are moving to a new clinical system and as part of this change, we strongly encourage all patients to start using the NHS App.

✅ Why this matters:

Your medical records and information will be securely retained within the NHS App
You will continue to have easy access to prescriptions and health information.
Switching now will help avoid disruptions during and after the transition

⚠️ Please note:
If you continue to use Patient Access, your account may need to be reconfigured once the new system is in place. This can lead to delays with access.

💡 What you need to do:
Download and register for the NHS App as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.

Our GP Practice is Changing Clinical Systems
We would like to inform you that our practice will be moving from EMIS to SystmOne.
What this means for you:
• 📅 Changeover Date: 8th April – 20th April
• 💻 Your medical records will be securely transferred
• 📞 Access to appointments and online services may be limited during the changeover period
• 🔐 Your information will remain safe and confidential at all times
Online Services:
If you use online services (appointments, prescriptions, record access), you may need to re-register. We will provide guidance if required.

Why are we making this change?
This new system will help us improve:
• Patient care and safety
• Communication with other NHS services

Consumer Recall Notice - SMA infant formula and follow-on formula
Nestlé is voluntarily recalling specific batches of SMA infant formula and follow-on formula as a precautionary measure due to potential presence of Cereulide in the batches concerned. The batch codes can be found on the base of the tin or box for powdered formulas or the base of the outer box and on the side / top of the container for ready-to-feed formulas. Other Nestlé products and other batches of the same product that are not in the scope of this voluntary recall are safe to consume.
