Massive congratulations to Karen who lost a fabulous 49.5lbs and smashed her goal at Highburton tonight!! It was like the Oscar’s!! After chatting with her friend Avril, Karen joined the meeting to see what would happen! Your recommendations can change someone’s life (and it means the world to me too!) She has only gained twice since she joined! She attended every week; stayed every week, and has massively encouraged everyone there! Congratulations Karen! Enjoy it all! You deserve it! 😊

Monday has whipped around! The weekend is the quickest 2 days ever!! 🤦🏼‍♀️ So, Christmas Day is 7 weeks on Thursday!! 😳 It’s flying! It’s a 7 week countdown in meetings. It’s about upping the oomph each week, so you feel fabulous! When you feel great, the weight loss is just a nice side effect! Today I’m in Shelley this morning at 10am, and Holmfirth tonight at 6pm.

Lots of love in the room for Laura! She joined my Lindley group after having her little boy. As a lot of us know, your confidence can get a knock after having children, but once you start making changes, and healthier choices here and there, weight loss soon begins to add up! Laura has lost 18.5lbs; steadily and consistently, by calorie counting using , attending the meeting every week, and getting inspiration for meals from TikTok! Weight loss starts when you start…..so START! Well done Laura! I hope you feel fabulous! 🫧 💎
