I attended a Masterclass on skin this week. I love building on my knowledge so I can pass this on to my clients. After the Christmas period we all concentrate on losing weight and becoming more active. The one thing we do forget is our skin. To get beautiful glowing skin we must remember to drink plenty of water and to eat a healthy balanced diet. To add to this is a good skin care routine. Let’s start your new routine together.
