Treating one of my closest friends who has a busy life. Bring a Mum and working full time so it’s good to take time out and unwind. Massage to help tense neck and back I use the Hotstones to draws out pain allowing the body to let go and not feel so up tight. Neck pain is most common cause for tension headaches and migraines in women.
