Love the Christmas Tree Festival at Horley Methodist Church.

If you can get yourself down there this weekend please do. The church works so hard to make this such a special magical event. Lots of performances by local schools as well. And there’s a great little cafe at the back

Love trying new recipes and using new ingredients. I make tomato based sauces all of the time but have never thought to use fennel seeds before.

And this one was quick and easy after an exercise class!
