Our Physio-Led Pilates Foundations Pack helps you build strength, mobility and confidence step by step, with support from physiotherapists who understand injuries, aches and stiffness.
You’ll start with a one-to-one physio session before joining one of our small, welcoming classes, so you know exactly how to exercise safely for your body.
The £180 Foundations Pack includes:
• A 1:1 Physio induction session
• Two months of weekly Physio-Led Mat Pilates classes
• Small, supportive group sessions
Classes begin in March and places are limited.

Tuesday
• 12–1pm Mat Pilates – 1 space
• 1–2pm Mat Pilates – 3 spaces
Thursday
• 12–1pm Chair Pilates – 1 space
• 1–2pm Mat Pilates – 2 spaces
• 2–3pm Mat Pilates – 2 spaces
• 6–7pm Strength Pilates – Wait list only
• 7–8pm Mat Pilates – Wait list only
