Zuzana Young Clinical Massage Therapist Massage is non invasive treatment for pain and discomfort helping people improving their daily lives.

Zuzana is BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage therapist. She has helped many people to recover from injuries,acute and chronic pain conditions. Zuzana built an extensive database of clients who return for ongoing treatments. During the massage treatment she combines all the advanced massage techniques including Myofascial release (MFR), Hot/Cold Stones, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Release (IASTM)massage and Kinesiology Taping where appropriate. She provides tailored protocol to help with conditions such as back pain due to sciatica,disc or postural problems, TMJ( jaw pain) and headaches, shoulder problems such as frozen shoulder, RSI’s and more challenging systemic conditions such as MS, Fibromyalgia, IBS and Stress

Zuzana completed Bodywork Beginnings at Brighton Jing Institute, School of Advanced Massage Training in March 2015 and in June 2016 she graduated in ACMT (Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist) and in December 2018 Zuzana has completed BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage. Alongside of her studies she also completed Hot Stones Fusion Intensive, TMJ course and in 2017, she has completed the Advanced Myofascial Release (MFR) qualification. As a bodyworker, Zuzana specialises in treating acute and chronic conditions having built an extensive database of clients who return for ongoing treatment. In her treatment, she combines all the advanced massage techniques and her knowledge to tailor an appropriate protocol to help with conditions such as back pain due to sciatica, disc problems, TMJ( jaw pain) and headaches, frozen shoulder, RSI and more challenging systemic conditions such as MS, Fibromyalgia, IBS and Stress
