Ive lost 5 stone using the 1:1 diet by Cambridgeweight plan. I loved it so much I became a consultant to help other people just like me.

Im also 21 months sober 🙌🏼

The original Roses 🌹

I’m so incredibly proud of my little Brother, he is really all grown up now and a married man 🥹

Yesterday was just breathtaking from start to finish and watching him and Emma become Mr & Mrs Rose was an honour.

I couldn’t have asked for a better new sister and I’m so grateful George found his forever with such a beautiful person inside and out.
