My Story
My passion in life has always been to help others, however I hadn't figured out a way that I could incorporate this into my career. In the past I have suffered with stress and just a feeling of being off balance.
This lead me on a journey to find a treatment that would help me to relax. During this time a friend recommended that I should try Reiki {Energy Healing} and I was curious to find out more, as I hadn’t heard of this treatment before.
After a few sessions of Reiki, I had already noticed the benefits to my emotional well being and found it was having such a transforming and positive effect on my life. This led me to study and learn how to perform Reiki on others. I am now a qualified Holistic Therapist and and a member of the Guild of Holistic Therapists.
In 2019 I opened Spiritualis Ltd and created a treatment room in my home based in Hornchurch, Essex and I truly feel that I had found my vocation in life. I am so happy I am able to help my clients with their well being.
