We warmly invite you to join us for some festive joy, treats and bliss at our final restorative yoga class and sound healing evening for 2025. Full details are in this week's newsletter. Please follow link to read in full.

We have a full timetable of classes running through to Friday 19th December. There will then be 2 weeks closure for Christmas and the New Year. Our full timetable will recommence on Monday 5th January. We look forward to seeing you at classes in December and January.

We had a wonderful time last weekend for our last Super Saturday wellness day for 2025. The classes were buzzing and the yin yoga and crystal bowls, blissful. Thank you to everyone who came along and for sharing this day with us.

Time: 6.30pm - 8.30pm

6.30 - 7.30pm Restorative Yoga with Adriana
Start your evening with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

7.30pm - 7.45pm Herbal tea and home-made treats
Indulge your taste buds, stimulating a sense of pleasure and comfort.

7.45pm - 8.30pm Meditation and Tibetan Singing Bowls Sound Bath Healing Experience with Adriana
Sound Healing Therapy will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation and a deeper state of meditation. It works on removing any blockages within the chakras, allowing energy to flow freely and to create harmony within the mind, body and spirit. Sound healing will connect with your mental and emotional body, it can help reduce stress, lessen anxiety and provides a way to manage depression. By balancing and clearing the mind, using sound vibrations, it can lead you to a renewed sense of purpose, happiness and wellbeing.

9.30am - 10.30am Matwork Pilates with Pauline
Start your wellness day with a 'Pilates Fix' to wake up your mind and energise your physical body. This fun packed lesson will introduce you to the intentions and benefits of Matwork Pilates.

11am - 12 noon Barre Pilates with Adriana
Join us for a fabulous 'Barre Pilates class'. This fun and energising Barre Pilates class will give you a fabulous and uplifting workout for the whole body.

12.30pm - 2.30pm Yin Yoga and Crystal Bowls with Adriana
Yin yoga is known in the modern world as a style of yoga where you hold static poses (shapes) for a longer period of time. This is so the meridians of the body can be fully nourished and Chi can be directed along certain pathways. We will aim to hold shapes for 3-5 minutes. Within this practice we are targeting the tissues, ligaments, and tendons. This is a slow moving practice where we relax the muscles and move with minimal effort. When holding a shape, the tissues are compressed and placed under an appropriate amount of stress. We will be mindful to apply the right amount of stress in each pose, we are not looking to stretch or create the perfect shape, but to find a soft edge. On a scale of 1 to 10 you will be working at about 3 - 4. Yin gives us the opportunity for stillness of the body, where we can observe fluctuations of the mind connect with our natural breath. This practice calms and balances the mind and body.
The workshop will finish with a guided relaxation leading into a Crystal bowls sound healing session.

In 2 weeks time we will be hosting our final wellness day for 2025. We will light winter spiced candles, burn gorgeous incense, add twinkling fairy lights, and share some scrummy sweet treats. Adriana will be teaching Yin yoga, which is a blissful practice to release tension within the physical body, and will follow this by playing her quartz crystal singing bowls for a sound healing therapy session. We have so much to look forward to in 2026, and one of the very best things will be the 4 of us doing what we love most, teaching yoga, Pilates and Barre Pilates. The photo above was taken earlier this year when we had all just finished Adriana's Saturday morning Barre class. We absolutely love attending each others classes and getting to be students as well as teachers.

New for 2026:
We are introducing a new unlimited class pass (upgrading package 3) so you can attend as many classes as you want. If you would like to start 2026 putting your wellbeing first, this works out fantastic value offering you classes for as little as £3 each!

I am a qualified Pilates, Yoga and specialist Ante & Post Natal teacher with many years of teaching experience.
